2024 Hainan International Boutique Consumption Exhibition(abbreviated as Hainan Consumer Fair)will be held at Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center from November 22 to 25, 2024. The exhibition presets 1650 standard booths,it is expected that 800 domestic and foreign enterprises will participate in the exhibition, and the number of visitors is expected to reach 100,000 to 150,000 people.
   The predecessor of the China Consumer Economy Forum was the China Consumer Economy High Level Forum, which was founded by the Consumer Daily, a directly affiliated institution of the China Light Industry Federation, in 2005. As of May 2023, it has been held for 17 consecutive sessions. The forum takes promoting the healthy development of China's consumer economy as its mission. This time, located in Hainan, combined with the Hainan Free Trade Port policy, it will bring new opportunities for the development of the consumer industry and usher in new impetus for the economic and social development of Hainan Free Trade Port. The organizing committee, together with the Consumer Daily and the China Light Industry Enterprise Investment and Development Association, will make use of the industry resources and professional experience accumulated through years of operation of professional consumer exhibitions and media to invite academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Sciences (in the fields of food raw materials, additives, and fast-moving consumer goods), senior executives of Fortune 500 companies in the consumer industry, professors in relevant fields from Tsinghua University, Peking University, and Fudan University, industry experts, industry regulatory department leaders, and representatives of various high-quality and specialty products from across the country to participate and participate in the exhibition, injecting new vitality into the consumer market of Hainan Free Trade Port.
① Targeted invitation to professional visitors, with a minimum proportion of 30% being key buyers (who have clear purchasing intentions before the exhibition and can achieve purchasing intentions during the exhibition). ② Fully utilize 500000 local effective consumption databases, a professional telephone invitation team, and accurately invite C-end customers ③ Online and offline full media promotion, diverse preheating activities, and deep sinking marketing, to promote in various communities in Haikou, surrounding cities and counties in Haikou, and the central urban area of the Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration. Targeted and intensive publicity and exposure will be carried out for Haikou citizens, tourists from outside the island, and migratory bird groups, with an expected audience of 100000 to 150000 during the exhibition period. ④ Promote the establishment of harmonious relationships between enterprises and government departments both inside and outside the province, and leverage the policy advantages of free trade port construction to help enterprises go global.
① With the help of free distribution of eggs and threshold free coupons, the underground promotion will be carried out in communities, commercial districts, and office buildings. It is planned to invite 30000 local citizens. ② Through cooperation with major travel agencies in Hainan, as well as three major operators and hotels, we have invited 30000 migratory bird groups. ③ Through online advertising (Tiktok, Toutiao, friends circle, etc.), combined with official new media (official account, applet, website, live broadcast), open the pre exhibition registration channel, focus on the cities and counties around Haikou and Beibu Gulf city group, and invite 20000 visitors through online communication and fission promotion; ④ Through concentrated exposure on traditional media, industry media, and offline physical advertisements, combined with the promotional resources of the Municipal Party Committee Propaganda Department, covering the central areas of Hainan Island and the Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration, the target audience of 100000 to 150000 people was ultimately achieved.
